Stuffed with our traditional style bread stuffing with fried onions, fresh mushrooms, celery, parsley and herbs in butter. Mixed with freshly ground breadcrumbs and bound together with our homemade chicken stock. Both ends of the turkey are stuffed and hand sewn. Basted with oil and herbs ready to pop into the oven. A set of instructions are supplied to ensure a perfect and delicious festive turkey dinner.
