Newcastle Pudding Lady – This is a very traditional Christmas Pudding recipe which has been handed down over 5 generations.  Carefully chosen premium ingredients are blended together and made into round puddings and are fully cooked in a cloth and boiled in purpose built coppers, the same as great, great granny did.  Each pudding is vacuum sealed for total protection and will keep for years until you are ready to enjoy it hot or cold.
