All chicken is chemical and hormone free. A medium sized whole chicken stuffed with a traditional bread stuffing and basted with canola oil and herbs on top ready for baking. Bake to perfection in moderate oven for 90 mins at 180 ̊C. Feeds up to 4 persons. The average size of one oven ready chicken is approximately 1.6 kg
