All chicken is chemical and hormone free. The thick end of a large skinless breast fillet that has been marinated in soya sauce, coriander, ginger & lime. Great for the BBQ or bakes to perfection in moderate oven for 25 mins @ 180 ̊C or pan fry 5 mins each side and then add a small amount of water to pan and cover for two minutes of steaming. The average size of one chicken medallion is approximately 200 gm.
