Newcastle Pudding Lady – the most traditional of Christmas Pudding Sauces, Brandy Liqueur Sauce is the ideal addition to any of  the traditional Christmas Puddings. Allow 1 x 250ml bottle per kg of pudding.  This sauce is also excellent with waffles or pancakes.  It can be gently warmed to enhance the flavour even more.

Newcastle Pudding Lady – Brandy Butter is extra thick and designed to be spooned over your Christmas Pudding after it has been warmed. Brandy Butter will melt through the pudding and add an extra richness. Excellent addition to all Christmas puddings and a 200 gram jar is sufficient for 1kg of pudding.

Brandy butter is also excellent on waffles, pancakes and raisin toast.  Try adding a little to a frypan to gently warm slices of your leftover pudding.
