All chicken is chemical and hormone free. A medium half of chicken scored and spread out with two bamboo skewers which have been marinated in soya sauce, garlic, pepper and parsley. Great for the BBQ or bakes to perfection in moderate oven for 30 mins @ 180 ̊C. The average size of one marinated half chicken is approximately 600 gm.
