Bowles – Chicken Jus is a rich veal stock reduction made from specially selected chicken and veal bones, simmered and reduced over 36 hours providing a gentle yet robust chicken flavour. Ideally used for poultry dishes , add a spoon full or two to stir fries, curries, pasta and pan sauces to give the recipe a rich full bodied finish.
